This 7.8 inch TFT Displays (model: TFT-H078A1ZAIST7N40) uses the MIPI 4L interface and the ST7703 driver chip, supports 400 (H) × 3 (RGB) × 1280 (V) resolution, and has an effective display area of 59.40mm (horizontal) × 190.08mm (vertical). The module has dimensions of 65.20mm (width) × 201.18mm (height) × 3.30mm (thickness), uses a transmissive normally black panel, supports full viewing angle (horizontal ±80°, vertical ±80°) display, color gamut coverage of 70% (CIE1931 standard), typical contrast of 900:1, brightness of 750cd/m², and can present 16.7M colors. Its operating voltage is VCI=2.8V (typical value), IOVCC=1.8V (typical value), the backlight consists of 15 white LEDs, adopts a 3-series 5-parallel structure, the operating voltage range is 16.8~20.4V (typical value 18V), and the maximum drive current is 100mA.
The 7.8 inch TFT Displays has wide temperature adaptability, the operating temperature range is -30℃ to 85℃, and the storage temperature range is also -30℃ to 85℃. It has passed multiple reliability tests such as high-temperature storage, low-temperature operation, high temperature and high humidity to ensure stable operation in harsh environments. Its design adopts a full glass structure, equipped with a gold finger interface and FPC flexible circuit board, and supports MIPI high-speed signal transmission. The pin definition covers power supply, ground, differential data signal and backlight control, among which the LED anode (LEDA) and cathode (LEDK) need to be controlled by a constant current drive circuit.
To ensure display quality, the product recommends avoiding long-term display of fixed patterns. If static screen display is required, it is recommended to refresh the content every 2 minutes or use a black/dynamic screen saver. During operation, you need to take anti-static measures, including wearing a conductive wristband, controlling the ambient humidity (≥50%RH), and avoiding direct contact with ungrounded equipment. In addition, the module has high requirements for power supply stability. Exceeding the nominal voltage may shorten the lifespan. DC drive is prone to electrochemical reactions and must be strictly avoided.
